Thanks a lot for your comments; they keep me going. I am absolutely new to having a six pack, and the work is hard, but is pays off. I post pictures because a couple of months ago I was inspired by other people´s before & after pictures, so if mine help motivate other people stick with the challenge, picture posting will have achieved its most important goal.
