Bike - 57 minutes. 126 AVG bpm. I found it difficult to bring my heart rate up to 85%. Did keep 85% as a max.

Bike - Did not. Stuff broke in my house during the earthquake (glasses, picture frames, ornaments/ fish tank is ok] Today at 4.20am as I was getting ready to our on my road bike for 1.30 hr I stepped on a glass sliver and hurt my foot sole - nothing serious really but I took a while to get the sliver out.
