Like you I try to stick with Arnels sample menus, with little variations here and there. Im happy with my results so far, but I have a long way to go. Im pretty sure I will have to continue training hard even after the 16 weeks to achieve the results I want. Im interested to see what the heavy weight lifting that I have added 2 times a week will do to me, or if it will have any affect at all.
Anyway, keep up the great work bro, you are deffinetely one of my inspirational people I look up too, right along sde of Arnel!

Hey bro, thanks for the comments. I actually have looked at the section of the "last 8 lbs" thing on Arnels site and have planned on using that at the end of my 16 weeks to see if it will get rid of my last remaining fat issues. I really want to stick to his entire program and finish it first, just to see what it could do to me. So far Im really happy. The weight lifting is going good, so we will see in another 6 weeks.
